Innoviz will source its new technology, superior sensor identified as Innoviz 2 for set up in long term designs of Audi, Skoda, Seat, and Volkswagen cars.


Israeli lidar automobile sensors Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: INVZ) has described that it has signed a strategic settlement with Volkswagen. The firm said that it will source lidar sensors to Volkswagen’s CARIAD division, which is engaged in procuring, establishing and putting in advanced technologies parts in VW Group’s cars.

Innoviz will offer its new generation, superior sensor known as Innoviz 2 for installation in long term versions of Audi, Skoda, Seat, and Volkswagen vehicles and additional models in the group. This is Innoviz’s 3rd strategic deal and its to start with deal was with BMW.
