Northeast Credit Union welcomes Bob Drouin as VP Controller
PORTSMOUTH — Northeast Credit Union announced Bob Drouin as their new Vice President, Controller. In this role, Drouin will be responsible for leading the accounting team with the implementation and oversight of all the accounting operations, including the production of periodic financial reports and the implementation of best-in-class financial reporting processes, all designed to enhance the accuracy of financial results.
“Bob’s experience and perspective have been invaluable during his term as Interim Controller and it will continue to be now that he has accepted the position full time,” shares Susan Hannigan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “We are thrilled to have him and are confident our accounting team will thrive under his leadership,” she concludes.

St. Mary’s Bank’s elects New Chairman and Vice Chairman on Board of Directors
MANCHESTER — On Thursday, April 21, the board of directors at St. Mary’s Bank , the nation’s first credit union, elected Stephen Grzywacz as chairman and Elizabeth Hitchcock as vice chairman.
Grzywacz has served on SMB’s board of directors since 2010. He is president/CEO of Milford Lumber Company, Inc. and Muir Lumber Corporation in Milford, NH as well as treasurer/CEO of P.J. Currier Lumber Company, Inc., in Amherst, NH. In addition to serving on the board of LISIG, Grzywacz is trustee/chairman for Manchester High School Central Alumni Scholarship Trust and trustee for Holy Trinity Cathedral.
Grzywacz replaces immediate past chairman Guy Chapdelaine CPA, who completed three one-year terms as chairman and will remain on SMB’s board of directors, on which he has served since 2009. Chapdelaine has been active in community affairs and professional organizations throughout his career, including serving on Catholic Medical Center board of directors and as an active member of the Capitol City Task Force of NH AARP.
Hitchcock has served on SMB’s board of directors since 2015. Hitchcock is a general partner at the Millworks Fund, an investment fund supporting NH’s startup community. Hitchcock’s service also includes the board of Minim, an IoT security company headquartered in Manchester. Hitchcock was an Outstanding Women’s Leadership Award recipient in 2021, awarded by the Daniel Webster Council BSA, and she received an Outstanding Women in Business Award from NH Business Review in February 2022.
North Branch Construction Welcomes New Project Superintendent
CONCORD – Eli Wilson has joined North Branch Construction as a Project Superintendent with over seven years of experience in the construction industry. Wilson brings experience supervising the construction of custom homes, designing floor plans, managing remodels, and overseeing site development. Wilson also served in the U.S. Army as a military police officer and infantryman.

North Branch Construction promotes two employees
CONCORD –North Branch Construction recently promoted Sandra McNeff, SHRM-CP to Human Resources Manager. Since joining the company in 2018 as a human resources generalist, McNeff has significantly grown the department and the services it provides to the employees of North Branch Construction. In 2019, McNeff completed the requirements for and received the Soc
iety of Human Resource Management Certified Professional credential.
Rick Williams joined the company in 2020 and has been promoted from Commercial Carpenter to Assistant Superintendent.
