Dr. Ann Schutt-Ainé is an obstetrician-gynecologist who is the Chief Medical Officer at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast (PPGC). Before joining PPGC, she worked with Planned Parenthood affiliates in Pennsylvania and California, gaining extensive experience in reproductive healthcare.
Since 2008, Dr. Ann Schutt-Aine has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine, where she is actively engaged in patient care, resident training, and medical student education. As an advocate for comprehensive reproductive health training, she played a pivotal role in establishing Texas’ first Ryan Residency Program in Abortion and Family Planning.
Dr. Schutt-Ainé graduated from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency training at Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh. She is an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the National Medical Association, and the Society of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.
